Jen has fit seamlessly into the team and quickly adapted to her first position within the recruitment industry. Jen is responsible for communicating new vacancies to candidates as well as ensuring candidate information and CVs are up-to-date. She also books in interviews while making sure candidates have all the information they need in advance. It’s clear to see how this contribution is invaluable to the team.
We checked in with Jen to ask her about her time at Prince Personnel:
Why did you decide to apply for a role at Prince Personnel?
I’ve worked in administration for a number of years but never in the recruitment industry, so when I saw the role with Prince I thought it sounded really interesting and just the change and new challenge that I was looking for.
What were your first impressions of the business?
My first impressions were that everyone was so friendly and welcoming, even during the interview process so that felt a little less nerve-wracking.
How have you found your time at Prince so far?
The time has really flown by! I’m glad that this was my next step as I’ve really enjoyed the job and love working with my colleagues, they’ve made me feel like a valued member of the team.
Jen’s colleagues in the commercial team had great praise for Jen’s contribution so far:
“Jen brings a really positive attitude in supporting the Commercial Team here at Prince Personnel. She also shows the same positivity to our candidates who can at times be facing various challenges in their job searches.”
“Jen’s administration skills are second to none. She’s been a great support to us busy consultants helping us to place more candidates into new jobs.”
What a great start for Jen!
