Abbie signs up

It’s another success for Prince Personnel – their latest award-winning candidate is on the payroll at the company where she was placed.

Abbie Lewis has been selected by the recruitment team as their Temp of the Quarter, and she received her award in an official presentation from Prince Personnel staff. She has been working as a temporary Accounts Assistant for NSL Care Services, in Shrewsbury, and the management team have been so pleased with her efforts that she’s been offered a contract.

Maria Sandford, who runs Prince Personnel, in Grosvenor House, Central Park, in Telford, said: “Abbie is a real ambassador for us and reflects the high standards we expect from our candidates.

“She started out in the accounts department handling general administration duties during an extremely busy time for NSL, but very quickly they spotted her true potential.

“Abbie had such a flexible attitude and good work ethic, that the management team gave her more varied responsibilities and duties.”

Kate Littler, Management Accountant at NSL Care Services, said: “From the outset Abbie maintained a ‘can-do’ attitude and has been a credit to Prince Personnel.

“We operate under strict and complex VAT rules which Abbie has helped promote with 100 per cent accuracy and understanding. She’s polite, approachable, and without doubt, our best temp yet.”

Prince Personnel receives incredible feedback on temporary workers on hundreds of occasions from employers all over the local area.

The Temp Award project has been masterminded by Prince Personnel’s Temps Consultant Lee Pickford and Consultant Support Executive Zoe Hamer, to give the agency an opportunity to recognise someone who has been a particularly outstanding candidate.
Prince Personnel asks every company it has placed a temp with in a particular quarter to nominate anyone who has been a real success.
