Ten years at the top

Staff at a Telford recruitment agency are celebrating 10 years in business and hundreds of successful placements.

The team from Prince Personnel, in Grosvenor House, Central Park, have spent the past decade working with local companies to match them with the very best candidates.

And now, after reaching such a milestone, Maria Sandford, who runs the business with her brother Mike Prince, says they are looking forward to an even brighter future.

“It’s been an amazing ten years, and we can’t thank our team enough for their dedication and commitment which has helped the business to grow from strength to strength.

“We pride ourselves on doing everything possible to ensure a successful placement including pre-screening candidates, referencing, quality assessments, and legal checks.

“And this attention to detail has meant our reputation for delivering the highest quality service has spread far and wide.”

Maria and Mike’s team of staff has extensive knowledge of the employment market in Shropshire and Staffordshire, and as an independent agency, they can deliver tailor-made advice to suit each client’s specific needs.

“Prince Personnel has a strong client and candidate base, and we have achieved a 96 per cent repeat business rating, which really speaks for itself, ” said Mike.

“Our hands-on approach and our constant efforts to understand in even more detail exactly what our clients are looking for have paid dividends in helping us to build a recruitment agency that brings real results.”

Prince Personnel have achieved the Investors in People award for the last eight years, and the team is also Recruitment and Employment Confederation audited and a corporate member.

They are also former winners of the Best Small Business title in the Shropshire Business Awards organised by Shropshire Chamber of Commerce.

The agency is also renowned for its Temp of the Quarter Award programme which recognises candidates nominated by the company they are placed with for their positive contribution in the workplace.
