Award-winner signs on the dotted line

Prince Personnel has achieved yet another success – its latest Temp of the Quarter Award winner has been signed up on a permanent contract.

Rajinder Kaur is now working in a customer service administration role for an IT provider in Telford, thanks to her placement through the recruitment agency.

Maria Sandford, who runs Prince Personnel, in Grosvenor House, Central Park, in Telford, said the team were delighted with the news and the award was well-deserved.

“We chose Rajinder as our Temp of the Quarter as she has been a wonderful example of everything a candidate should be if they want to succeed.

“She responded to a call from us at around 8.30am and was on site by 10am the same day to fill what was, originally, a short-term temporary role.

“But she impressed the company so much that she was offered a permanent post, beating off competition from more experienced candidates as a result of her aptitude and approach.”

Prince Personnel receives incredible feedback on temporary workers on hundreds of occasions from employers all over the local area.

The Temp Award project has been masterminded by Prince Personnel’s Temps Consultant Lee Pickford and Consultant Support Executive Zoe Hamer, to give the agency an opportunity to recognise someone who has been a particularly outstanding candidate.

Prince Personnel asks every company it has placed a temp with in a particular quarter to nominate anyone who has been a real success.
