Prince are working with a Shrewsbury based client who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis. You will provide high-quality administrative support to the purchase ledger function.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Support with reconciliations and other finance tasks.
- Handle internal and external queries.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies at all times.
- Contribute to projects.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will have a customer-focused approach and a good telephone manner. You will be proficient with on Microsoft Office (including Teams) and ledger systems.
