We managed to grab a few minutes with Emma to hear about her journey to Prince and her first impressions.
What made you decide to apply for a role at Prince?
“I was looking for a new role closer to home and came across the advert for the role at Prince. It looked like a nice company with a good job role, so I decided to see what would come of it.”
What are your first impressions of the business?
“Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I feel very supported in my role by everybody.”
Can you tell us a bit about your induction and how you’ve found your first few weeks?
“My induction has been very thorough. A training programme has been created and tailored to my individual needs based on my experience, and it’s been changed and updated as and when required.
All of the girls have done a very good job at showing me the ropes and introducing me to the new sectors I’ll be recruiting for. A special mention to Charlotte for showing me the processes to follow and how things are done at Prince. Amanda has done regular check-ins with me to make sure everything is going okay and that I’m understanding everything, which has made me feel very supported in my role.”

How have you found your first few weeks?
“My first few weeks at Prince have flown by, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. It’s been a very informative few weeks, but I feel ready to take on the challenge of the role.”
