We are currently working with a well-known and established company based in Telford who are recruiting a Part Time Customer Service position on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for the efficient and prompt answering and transferring of telephone calls from clients and other agencies. Duri quieter periods the successful candidate will undertake administration support tasks.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Deal with incoming external and incoming calls
  • Taking and forwarding messages
  • Keep up to date notes on the system
  • Updating customer details
  • General administration support tasks

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a high level of self-management and initiative, always providing a professional service.
