She has been working on a temporary contract as a Customer Service Supervisor for APT Solutions in Telford, and the management team have been very impressed with her efforts so far.
And thanks to her hard work, Danielle will now become a permanent member of staff in the New Year.
Maria Sandford, who runs Prince Personnel, said: “We’re delighted to have chosen Danielle as our latest winner and she’s the perfect example of why we launched our award. She has only been in her placement for a few weeks, and yet her contribution has made a real difference to the company she’s working for.
“We receive incredible feedback on temporary workers on hundreds of occasions from employers all over the local area, and the award gives us the opportunity to recognise someone who has been a particularly outstanding candidate.”
Charlotte Gardner from APT Solutions, said: “Danielle has only been with us for a number of weeks but the knowledge and understanding she has gained in that short space of time has been brilliant.
“She has progressed so well and gone beyoned all our expectations. Danielle is a real asset and well-valued member of our team already, and we’re looking forward to taking her on permanently in the coming weeks.”
The Temp Award project has been masterminded by Prince Personnel’s Temps Consultant Lee Pickford and Consultant Support Executive Zoe Hamer.
The title can be awarded for any reason – for perfect attendance; quality of work; commitment above and beyond that usually expected by a temporary worker; or anything else that makes the candidate stand out.
Prince Personnel asks every company it has placed a temp with in that quarter to nominate anyone who has been a real success at the end of each three-month period.
“The scheme has proved extremely popular with the companies we’re working with and we’ve had an excellent response this month with not only Danielle, but several other temps also receiving extremely high praise.”
