Charlotte quickly became an invaluable asset to our team, and her contributions have not gone unnoticed. In July, she was awarded our Team Player of the Quarter award, where team members nominate colleagues who exemplify our core values.
Mike, Director at Prince, shared his thoughts on Charlotte’s performance: “We’re incredibly grateful to have Charlotte as part of our team. Right from the start, she integrated seamlessly into the business and demonstrated great adaptability. She has picked up our processes quickly, is great with candidates and clients, and it’s been a pleasure to see her excel in her role.”
We’ve asked Charlotte a few questions about her time at Prince so far:
Why did you decide to apply for a role at Prince?
“I applied for a role at Prince because I wanted to progress within the recruitment and HR industry. I also wanted to gain more exposure to interacting directly with the candidates as that’s when I feel like I am making a difference. The fact that Prince focuses on their employees’ development in terms of training, growth, and progression was also really appealing. The biggest deciding factor for me was knowing that they truly care about their candidates, clients, and employees.”
What were your first impressions of the business?
“My first impression was that the whole team was friendly and made me feel really welcome. Before I arrived, Amanda sent out a VARK learning style questionnaire to find out my learning style in order to personalise the induction and training plan. It was really well organised, and I could tell that a lot of thought and effort was put into ensuring I felt comfortable.”
How have you found your time at Prince so far?
“I can’t believe that it’s been seven months already; the time has gone by so quickly. I am really enjoying my time at Prince, getting to know the team and all of the clients and candidates. No day is the same, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.”

Charlotte tackles every task head-on, no matter how challenging, and her hard work never goes unnoticed.
She is known for her polite demeanour, exceptional telephone manner, and first-class attitude, which truly reflect our values. Charlotte goes above and beyond with a lovely nature and great sense of humour, making her a joy to work with. Always up for a giggle, she keeps us entertained with her hilarious stories, often having us in stitches.
No matter what the workload, Charlotte remains upbeat and composed, promoting an environment that is both friendly and fun.
