A few days ago, we published a post about Amy who joined the team back in August. This time we’re talking to Alex who joined the team in September.
Alex joined the team to support the consultants within the Technical division. The technical team work on a wide range of roles from Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations through to Engineering, Warehouse and Logistics.
Alex has already made a fantastic contribution to the team. Amanda Anderson, Divisional Manager – Technical, said:
“Alex has been a great addition to the team, it feels like she has been with us years rather than months! She stormed through her training and she’s already providing the technical team with an outstanding level of support. Always ready to step-up to the plate and go the extra mile, Alex is super-efficient and her brilliant sense of humour regularly has us all in stitches.”
We asked Alex a few questions about her experience at Prince so far:
Why did you decide to apply for a role at Prince Personnel?
I applied for the role with Prince as I had had dealings with them a few years ago and they came across helpful and professional. This initially sparked my curiosity to work within the recruitment industry and specifically at Prince.
What were your first impressions of the business?
During the recruitment process, Prince showed professionalism and the team were friendly, this gave me a great first impression and made me want to be part of the team.
How have you found your time in the business so far?
The induction process was brilliant, I was kept so up to date with things and the team checked in regularly to make sure I was okay.
I absolutely love my job and the people that I work with! I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people as colleagues.
In unrelated news…
Alex is also a great baker. She was the winner of our Christmas bake off with her delicious rolo cheesecake!
Thank you Alex for your contribution to the team so far.
