This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and dynamic international organisation based in Shrewsbury on a temp-to-perm basis. On the Customer Service Helpdesk, you will be providing first line support via telephone, email and live chat to new and existing customers that are experiencing issues with the system.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Confidently providing first line support to customers using a variety of communication methods
  • Understand and engage with customers delivering an exceptional level of service
  • Log, investigate and close tickets on the database
  • Offer customers solutions for simpler issues such as password resets
  • Liaise with 2nd line and 3rd line support teams


Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the hospitality sector such as working in a hotel as a receptionist or reservations agent or with rates.

IT/Tech savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and software
