We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing?....

  • This is a 360◦ recruitment role (however here at Prince we have a strong administrative support available for all our consultants – helping you focus on your service to your clients and candidates).
  • You will be working within the established, thriving Technical Division where you will be handed an existing Engineering client /candidate base to work with and develop. The vacancies on this desk are predominantly on a permanent basis but it does also include managing all temporary, temporary-permanent and contract positions. This is a well-established, warm desk that has an existing database dating back to 2003.
  • On the client-side you will be responsible for creating strong relationships with clients and candidates, working in partnership with clients to understand their needs and specific role requirements whilst offering regular honest and transparent feedback, marketing our services to attract and welcome new clients. You will also be accountable for determining agreements and working terms and conditions. You will also develop a strong understanding of your market.
  • On the candidate-side you will be working with an established candidate pool, searching and selecting and interviewing candidates and supporting them through your client's recruitment processes – offering regular feedback and updates throughout. You will also be handling job offers and supporting both clients and candidate through the offer and on-boarding stages.

What Skills and experience will you have?..

  • We are looking for someone who already has some existing recruitment experience (whether that be agency based or internal).
  • We are open to considering any sector but as this role will predominantly be working with clients and candidate in the manufacturing/engineering sector – an interest or passion around this sector will be ideal as we really want you to enjoy your work.
  • You will be required to visit clients from time to time so a UK Driving licence will be required
  • Location wise you will need to be within commutable distance from our Telford office
