They have a great opportunity for a Project Support Coordinator to join them. This will be a varied role where you will be getting involved in Customer Services, purchasing, project support and Sales administration.

The Project Support Coordinator will be getting involved in:

  • Effectively handling customer requests
  • Assist in the production of customer / supplier documentation
  • Contacting suppliers to make enquiries into pricing / availability
  • Contacting customers regarding any installation related enquiries
  • Monitor product stock availability and shipping activities
  • Assist in the organising and supporting company events
  • Assist in project administration and coordination
  • Attending project / customer / sales meetings where necessary

We are looking for someone who:

  • Previous experience in a multi-faceted support role
  • Strong customer service skills and confidence with a large portion of customer / supplier contact
  • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Is a driven self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong MS Office skills with Word / Excel / Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Has previously held Customer service / project administration / Sales support type roles
