This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful organisation in Shrewsbury who are part of large established group; they are looking for a keen and ambitious Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will receive full training on the product range, so you are able to support your customers with any enquiries or issues

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Act as a customer service representative handling customer queries and requests on a daily basis
  • Troubleshooting any issues they may be having and being keen to sort a resolution to their problem or query
  • Providing administration support to the Sales Executives and Account Managers
  • Producing reports
  • Sending out contracts & correspondents
  • Updating and maintaining Excel and CRM databases
  • Arranging for products to be sent where required
  • Reporting and logging faults
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • General administration duties

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a bright "can do" attitude, have excellent communication, IT and organisational skills and the ability to pick up and understand technical information. You must have a passion for delivering an exceptional service and enjoy a varied and demanding role.
