Our expanding client, based in Welshpool are looking to recruit a permanent French Speaking Client Services Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis to work within a small autonomous team that are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The majority of the communication within the role will be in English however it is essential that the successful candidate can also communicate in French. You will be managing a number of client accounts to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • To have ownership of several E-Commerce accounts and be directly responsible for the administration, management and customer co-ordination.
  • Dealing directly with clients and customers via phone and email on a daily basis and being comfortable taking phone calls/orders/complaints in French and English
  • Processing payments online
  • Promoting the company to help capture new sales.
  • Liaising with other members of the department's team in meeting the business strategy.
  • Delivering a high-level of customer service during day-to-day contact with clients and dealing with all customer service issues.
  • Ensuring Company Quality Management System is followed.
  • To be responsible for raising monthly invoices timesheets and profit & loss reports.
  • To potentially assist with Client meetings and sales pitches.
  • Ensuring Individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/Targets are met.
  • Any other duties as required in line with this role.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to communicate in French. You will have previous office based experience preferably in a similar role. You must be IT literate and possess a polite and professional telephone manner.
