Description

Prince Personnel are working on behalf of a manufacturing client in the Telford area who have an exciting opportunity to join them as a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis. This will focus on all aspects of customer services and satisfaction. Working efficiently and effectively with other departments across the business to ensure excellent customer service is reached. The Customer Support Coordinator will build strong working relationships with the customer, process and forecasting orders to ensure delivery expectations are maintained.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle customer orders and respond to customer enquires in direct communication by email, and phone.
  • Maintain good level of communication/support and continue to build customer relations.
  • Input and maintain forecast requirements and closely monitoring stock allocation to ensure seamless supply.
  • Liaising with the planning and production team and other relevant groups, to ensure orders are met and manage the customer expectations.
  • Working collaboratively as a team to support and escalate concerns.
  • Maintain a consistent contact with sales representatives and customers while providing updates to various enquiries.
  • Arranging customer commitments and ensuring customers have continual supply of bespoke products.
  • Manage any product returns in compliance with quality procedures, liaise with technical and quality representatives and meet required timescales.
  • Ensure any invoice issues are dealt with swiftly, liaising with the credit-control and sales functions.
  • Liaise with the logistics and manage any picking errors, ETA.s, and other delivery issues.
  • General administrative duties to support the department.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in customer service and administration ideally within a manufacturing or engineering type business. You must have excellent attention to detail, be customer services focus and be willing to help all departments and teams to achieve the companies goals.
