Description

Prince Personnel are working with an established business based in Ellesmere. They are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to provide support to both purchase and sales ledgers in the accounts team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support the Sales Ledger Lead
  • Review and updating of customer pricelists
  • Review, release and closure of sales orders
  • Raising of manual invoices
  • Review, process and control weekly supplementary invoices
  • Raising of credit notes
  • Other ad hoc Sales Ledger responsibilities
  • Support the Purchase Ledger Lead
  • Review, process & control the inter-company purchases
  • Support the Financial Accountant on Month End Inter-Company reconciliations
  • Raising of debit notes and subsequent matching of credit notes
  • Production and review of supplier statements
  • Other ad hoc Purchase Ledger responsibilities

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a strong and confident communicator that also has good analytical skills. You will be proficient with Microsoft Excel and using ERP systems
