Our well-established client in Telford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team initially on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. The role will be based in a clean modern office environment within a friendly and supportive team. If you are taken on permanent the benefits will include 25 days holidays + 8 bank holidays and access to the Health Scheme.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Resolving queries
  • Checking warranty information
  • Scheduling engineers to attend repairs
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Any related administration duties


Skills and Experience

To be considered for the post, you must have previous experience of working in a similar office-based customer service role. Ideally you will have experience of scheduling engineer's diaries but this is not essential. This can be a busy role at peak times and so the ability to work under pressure and also deal with some difficult customers will be essential. You'll need to be IT literate, have excellent communication skills, be well organised and of a smart appearance. You will ideally be available to start at short notice as my client are looking to get this role filled asap.
