We are looking to recruit two candidates with good customer service skills for a temporary role with a company in central Telford to work on an outgoing call campaign. This is not a cold calling campaign, it is calling to current customers to check if they have received the information which was previously sent by post/email. The role is due to last for 3 weeks beginning on Monday 22nd November.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Making outbound telephone calls to existing customers to check if they have received the information that was previously sent via email/post and if they are interested in upgrading their membership
  • Record the result of the call on MS Excel Spreadsheet

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidates for this role will have good customer service skills including an excellent telephone manner. You must also have previous experience of using Microsoft Excel. You must be confident and comfortable making outbound telephone calls. You must also be available for the full 3 weeks.
