Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Telford based business in a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk role. You will be working alongside an established finance team.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Logging, maintaining and electronic filing of invoices
  • Reconciling to supplier statements
  • Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
  • Assisting with queries and reporting
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting FD at month end close
  • Payment authorisation
  • Payment processing
  • Creating company reports
  • Processing personal and company expenses
  • Supporting Sales Ledger and wider finance department as required
  • Complete Daily Sales Invoice run and upload relevant invoices

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have experience of all of the above and be able to hit the ground running. You will be competent on MS Excel.
