This is an exciting opportunity to join a well – established manufacturer in Telford. Working in a small team, the main purpose of this role is to handle any customer requirements establishing the obtainment of the order. The purpose of this position to work closely with a senior customer service agent to answer any queries, ensure all orders received are put onto the system and give Customer's information related to their order.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must demonstrate strong communication skills, possess high attention to detail and previous experience in a high volume Customer Service role. Whilst speaking to customers you will need to spot opportunities to recommend additional or alternative products. You must have excellent data entry skills and have the ability to use initiative and have a flexible approach to work. Strong IT skills are essential.
