My client is an international company based in Shrewsbury. They have an opportunity for call handler / first line support to join them on a temporary basis to help with an ongoing project. The office is based in Shrewsbury but my client are happy for someone to work from home as long as they could get to the office if required.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Answering calls from customers with queries
  • Logging the issues on to the ticketing system
  • Managing customers expectations on timeframes
  • Working from some scripts where needed

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role you must have good customer service skills and be a confident and clear communicator on the telephone. You must be IT literate. You should be able to pick things up quickly and once trained be able to work from your own initiative.
