Description

Our client, a manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their organisation.  Based within a busy Customer Service department you will responsible for:

  • Receive and process orders from clients
  • File applications for the selection of goods in the warehouse.
  • Process customer documentation, ensuring orders are fulfilled and the customer database is kept up to date.
  • Send information letters to the clients.
  • Processing orders onto the system
  • Looking at any discrepancies
  • Dealing with incoming calls from customers including queries and following up on orders
  • Chasing up on customer deliveries
  • Liaising with Production with regards to orders and keeping the customers updated throughout
  • Arrange sort and archive shipping documents, amend shipping documents.
  • Raise invoices
  • Produce reports

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this exciting job you will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent customer services skill, be IT literate with the ability to manipulate data and produce reports using Excel. In addition, you should enjoy communicating with people at all levels, have excellent organisation skills and enjoy working to deadlines
