Description

We have an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful organisation that have shown continuous growth over the past 5 years and anticipate further growth going forward. Based within a friendly and supportive environment, the objective of the department is processing high volumes of invoices. The role can be broken down into roughly 80% data entry, 10% preparation work and 10% quality checking of the data.


Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Data entry of alpha/numerical information from supplier invoices
  • Preparing paperwork for scanning
  • Using MS Excel to carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy
  • Working to targets in regards to speed and accuracy
  • Escalate any issues and/or take corrective actions where applicable

Skills and Experience

Previous experience of data entry is essential and experience of invoice processing would be desirable. You must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain concentration when carrying out a high volume task. You should be a hardworking and flexible individual. This role would suit someone who wants an office based role that doesn't involve being on the telephone and also wants a role with a good work/life balance. The company is accessible by public transport and also has free on site car parking.
