Our successful Telford client has a vacancy for an Accounts and Office Manager on a permanent basis. This is a very varied exciting role reporting into the Managing Director. You will be responsible for producing the accounts up to trial balance.

You will be responsible for:

  • PA duties to the MD
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Payroll
  • Budgets
  • Cashflow forecast
  • VAT returns
  • Reconciliations
  • Purchase and Re-new on-going contracts to the best value
  • Ensure all H&S policies are accurate and up to date.
  • Reports

Skills and Experience

Experience of working in a busy varied role is essential. You will also be expected to help out other departments when needed.
