Due to continued growth our well established client based in Telford are looking to bring in a new Fleet Administrator to support with a range of tasks to coordinator and organise the maintenance and repairs of vehicles in the company's fleet. My client is happy to consider applicants that have good administration / coordinating experience, or applicants who are graduates to be trained into this role. Either way this role is a great entry point into a company that will offer you huge potential to grow in your role as well as growth within the company structure.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Managing service schedules where you will chasing supplier and customers to ensure bookings are in place; have taken place and are carried out within the allotted timeframe
  • Promptly obtain job sheets post work completion
  • File job sheets in correct location so all records can be traced
  • Update service schedules to mark work as completed
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and ensure customers are supported as required
  • Set up new suppliers; issuing and obtaining completed Supply Chain Questionnaire and Terms of Engagement
  • Record all call details on Purchase Orders
  • File all emails in relevant folders within shared Fleet inbox
  • Obtain authorisation for any costs that fall outside original agreement
  • Input all final costs on to Purchase Orders and issue final Purchase Order numbers
  • Respond to breakdowns and seek guidance from internal and external teams where required
  • Provide any other administrative support to the team or ad hoc duty as required

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this opportunity we are looking for candidates who are extremely well organised and have excellent attention to detail. We are happy to consider experienced candidates that have worked in roles that require you to work on multiple tasks/projects at any given time, be confident working to strict deadlines and able to handle to pressure of a busy workload.
