This is an exciting opportunity to join a well – established manufacturer in Telford. Working in a small team, the main purpose of this role is to handle any customer requirements establishing the obtainment of the order. The purpose of this positon to work closely with a senior customer service agent to answer any queries, ensure all orders received are put onto the system and give Customers information related to their order.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Receiving and processing all telephone, Fax, and Email
  • Processing invoices
  • Deliverance of order acknowledgements ensuring correct prices, part numbers and realistic delivery dates
  • Maintain and develop customer records/profiles including recording information
  • General administration duties
  • Maintaining the CSM system
  • Liaising with repair centres
  • Dealing with Administration for Customer and Consumer complaints
  • Attentive, prompt and courteous handling of all customer/ consumer enquiry's
  • Confirming stock availability when required
  • Internal support for Sales & Marketing
  • Carry out any reasonable task requested by management

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must demonstrate strong communication skills, possess high attention to detail and previous experience in a high volume Customer Service role. Whilst speaking to customers you will need to spot opportunities to recommend additional or alternative products. You must have excellent data entry skills and have the ability to use initiative and have a flexible approach to work. Strong IT skills are essential.
