Description

Our well established client in Telford is looking for a candidate with great customer service skills to join their fantastic organisation as a Lead Generation Coordinator. This is not a cold calling role as all of your calls will be following up on enquiries that come into the business through their marketing campaigns where the customers have asked for a call/quotation. You role will be qualifying that the enquiries are genuine leads which are then passed to the relevant team / installers to progress with that enquiry. The role will start on a temporary basis for 8 months during their busy period, with a chance it will become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Follow up on leads that are received through the website by calling the customer and asking them some qualifying questions
  • Qualifying sales leads from Marketing driven campaigns
  • Lead generation management, handling sales leads that arrive into the business
  • Using the Salesforce CRM system to record and monitor leads
  • Ability to emphasise company and product values following training
  • Regular interaction with the sales team and installer customer base
  • Attend and participate in weekly assigned team meetings
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to the Marketing / Sales / Installers and other campaign team members

 

Skills and Experience

To be considered for the post you must have existing telephone based customer service or sales experience. You should have strong IT skills ideally including experience of using a CRM system. You will be organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership for your work. Previous experience of following up on leads would be advantageous. You will need to be able to pick up product knowledge with training.
