This is an exciting opportunity to join a long standing Telford manufacturer on a permanent basis. The client is looking for a practical HR generalist who will provide excellent HR advice and guidance on people matters, factoring risk, exposure legal compliance and best practise to a mutli-site and multi-disciplinary client base.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role you must have CIPD level 5 or above with an accomplished understanding and practical handling of Employee Relations casework. You must be able to create and produce excellent standards of written correspondences with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. You must have strong influencing skills and excellent record keeping skills with the ability to undertake multiple work tasks and deadlines. You must have exceptional Microsoft office skills and be confident in proposing new ways of working that drive process improvements. You must be willing to undertake travel when required (although this will be very minimal) and understand the HR software such as Snowdrop.
