We are working with a reputable, stable company based in Bridgnorth. They are looking for a Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis. You will be running weekly and monthly start to finish payroll.

Duties will involve:

  • Record payroll data into the payroll software
  • Verify employees timekeeping records and absence
  • Alter employees tax codes
  • Efficient and accurate input of commission payments, bonus, deductions or adjustments
  • Administer statutory payments and processing RTI's
  • Pension scheme payments
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Process year-end and P60s
  • Generate reports on a monthly basis including PAYE
  • Produce payslips
  • Keeping up to date with new law and legislation that effects payroll processes


Skills and Experience

It is essential that you will have previous payroll processing experience including auto-enrolment and statutory payments. You will have good time management skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
