Our client is a long standing manufacturing business based in Bridgnorth, who are looking to recruit for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to support the sales department, track enquiries and quotations and prepare presentation materials.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for collating the Sales department management reports
  • Communicate with, and support development of, new and existing customer accounts
  • Track enquiry & quotation activities
  • Help the development of the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - expanding its use & application
  • Prepare and maintain company presentation materials
  • Assist with travel and planning arrangements for the company's visitors & sales staff
  • Support team meetings
  • Assist in all sales & marketing activities including PR, marketing and events

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this opportunity you will have similar experience within an administration positions ideally within a sales and/or marketing environment. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and have the ability to confidently converse with customers, suppliers and internal team members. Due to the location of the company you will need to be able to drive.
