Description

Our client is well known and reputable international manufacturing company who are looking for a new HR Services Manager to join their team. The main purpose of the role is the introduction of new technology, procedures and systems with the aim of delivering high quality and consistent processes in a repeatable way across the company. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators covering all HR functional services that meet business requirements
  • Lead HR engagement with third party providers to ensure services are delivered to meet business requirements, against agreed contractual parameters and with end to end process and service experience in mind
  • Support the design, development and implementation of new technologies, enabling service delivery teams to manage process and service changes
  • Identifying and deliver process improvement and standardisation- ensuring alignment of company policies, practices and procedures with global standards
  • Supporting a HR management team to ensure that operational goals and tasks are being met with optimal accuracy and within defined SLA's
  • Creating robust reporting/metrics on projects and team performance
  • Stakeholder management with the ability to partner, engage and influence a broad range of people.
  • Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues
  • Strong analytics and data reporting capability
  • Strong work ethic - sense of urgency & ability to prioritize requests; ability to multi-task & to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines while producing timely & accurate deliverables
  • Ability to understand complex data & to work in a dynamic environment with time constraints
  • Management and mentoring skills - ability to develop relationships with employees of all levels/backgrounds
  • Able to collaborate in a team environment and also able to work independently
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, HR systems and Shared Service-based technologies
  • High standard of ethics, integrity and professionalism across all levels of the business
  • Ability to understand business operations and how to apply HR strategies to drive performance outcomes
  • Able to travel as required to support the EMEA regional and Global HR Shared Services activity

 

The successful candidate will have experience within a similar level position, and have Level 7 CIPD or relevant HR degree would be advantageous but not essential. You will have managed a multi-functional transactional team. This role would suit a HR Professional that has implemented HR Information Systems, as well as amending and improving internal processes and procedures. It would be ideal if you are comfortable using most Microsoft product, more specifically Excel to an advanced level.
