A highly successful business is recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their busy service department on a temp-to-perm basis. The role will be dealing with B2B customers and will be based in a fast paced and reactive department. You will be reporting in to the UK Service Manager.


  • Taking incoming calls from customers and engineers
  • Planning engineers workload throughout the UK 
  • Liaising with engineers throughout UK
  • Booking jobs on to the system
  • Handle customer service enquiries in a pleasant and courteous manner
  • Processing invoices and dealing with invoice queries
  • Produce customer reports
  • Any related duties as and when required

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, as you will be the first point-of-contact for customers who require a service engineer. You must also possess accurate administration skills and attention to detail. You will be organised with the ability to remain calm in a pressurised environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of scheduling service engineers or similar. You must be available to start at short notice.
