Prince are supporting a well-established and market leading business in Telford who are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join the company. As the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for looking after a small team within the warehouse and overseeing the day to day running of the area. A large part of this role will see you mentoring and motivating staff member and overseeing the full lifecycle of your team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for:
- Oversee the day to day running of the warehouse
- Manage a team of operatives onsite
- Manage the full lifecycle of staff
- Motivate and monitor staff performance
- Liaise and coordinate with 3PL providers
- Maintain and implement warehouse processes
- Conduct continuous improvement activities where possible
- Ensure health and safter regulations are adhered to
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a similar level role
- Experience with the full lifecycle of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literature ideally with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- This role would suit a candidate with previous experience as a Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Manager / Warehouse Team Leader
