Prince are supporting a leading manufacturing business in Telford who are looking to recruit a Stores Supervisor to their growing and passionate team. As the Stores Supervisor, you will be joining a crucial department within the business that has seen significant development within the last few years. You will be working to lead teams within the department, focusing on staff development, coaching, and mentoring. You will be working closely with the manager to improve processes onsite and support with upcoming projects to enhance the department in the future. This role will be heavily shop floor based with some office work.

The Stores Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Managing, developing, and mentoring teams within the department
- Allocating workload and conducting team briefs in line with business needs and demand
- Working to improve processes and procedures where possible
- Supporting with upcoming projects
- Ensuring KPIs and performance targets are met
- Conducting stock takes and audits
- Investigating stock discrepancies
- Coordinate stock movements between sites and areas in line with demand
- Producing reports and documentation
- Completing administration duties when required
Skills and Experience
- Strong people management and development skills will be essential
- Experience within a similar warehouse, stores or manufacturing environment would be beneficial but not essential
- Good communicator
- Self-motivated and can work as part of a team or independently
- This role would suit someone who has previously worked as a Team Leader / Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Supervisor / Stores Team Leader / Stores Supervisor / Stock Supervisor / Stock Team Leader / Inventor Supervisor / Inventory Team Leader
