We are working with a well-established, national manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a skilled Senior Product Test Engineer to join their small team. You will be working alongside one other assistant test engineer and will be working to support the testing function onsite. You will be hands on with testing various products to ensure regulations and specifications are met. This role will see you working cross functionally within the business to help support the design and development of products using testing data.
As the Senior Product Test Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the testing area and function
- Testing products to ensure specification and regulations are met
- Recording testing data
- Setting up and running testing equipment
- Overseeing the testing team member
- Working cross functionally with various departments
- Supporting with the design and development of products
- Working to deadlines
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a product testing role
- Relevant qualification
- CAD experience will be beneficial
- Computer literate
- This role would suit someone who has previously worked as a Product Test Engineer / Test Engineer / Senior Test Engineer / Senior Product Test Engineer / Lead Test Engineer / Lead Product Test Engineer / Testing Manager / Product Test Manager
