We are working with our client who are looking for a Sales Administrator in a customer facing role to join their team. They are looking for a hard-working and personable person; someone who is articulate and well-presented; has a ‘can-do’ attitude and is a real team player. Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous for this role.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Booking appointments
  • Listening to applicants’ requests and matching them to their requirements
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and applicants via telephone calls and emails
  • Creation of marketing – brochures, window cards etc.
  • Assisting with sales progression
  • Producing marketing reports and general correspondence
  • Collation of information and reports (prep)
  • General housekeeping in office
  • Assisting with events

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Personal Qualities

  • Excellent personal presentation and customer Service
  • Good communication skills – including a confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent written English and typing skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
  • Self-organised and able to prioritise and use initiative.
  • Able to cope in pressurised environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Good team player
  • A driving licence and own car would be an advantage but not essential.

Software Skills

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft – Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Training will be provided on the in-house platform.
