Prince are recruiting for a professional services company based in Telford. They are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The focus of the role will be to manage a large portfolio of existing regular-usage clients and previous usage client, to ensure they are receiving a first-class service and always have a key point of contact when needed. Your target is to maintain and grow the active accounts whilst promoting and growing the less active accounts. There will also be an element of contacting newer client to develop fresh client relationships.
Duties
- To manage a database of business clients across the UK.
- Always be available to support your clients with any queries, issues or concerns.
- Be an effective problems solver, coming up with suggestions and solutions to ensure that your client gets a bespoke tailored service and products.
- Managing a database of customers ensuring that they are kept up to date with new products and/or services and that their requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst managing the customer’s expectations.
- Proactively targeting new customers and outlets to ensure targets are hit and the database is building.
- Maintaining high levels of customer retention to secure repeat business.
- Attend business meetings with customers to ensure we are assisting with any relevant projects, products and/or services that fit your customer’s requirements.
- Achieve set KPI’s determined by the Sales / Business Development Management Team.
- You will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints within the business.
- Ensuring all records on our CRM systems are kept up to date with recent discussions/ correspondence with our customers.
- Processing orders from Clients via the company system.
The successful candidate must be a highly, self-driven, dynamic and tenacious professional with the outlook to succeed! You must have the ability and desire to work around and understand your clients’ requirements managing expectations at all times. Strong communication, organisational skills along with planning, problem solving, and negotiation are a must and to work well within a team. The ideal candidate must have proven Sales/ Account Management background and are capable of achieving monthly KPIs and targets set by the company, alongside hands on problem-solving with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
