Prince are working in partnership with an innovative and market leading company. They are now looking for a dynamic internal recruitment administrator to support the Talent Team. The role is anticipated to last initially for a minimum of 3 months, it is also possible that it could become a longer term or even permanent role in the future. The role will require you to work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days a week from home, you may also need to be flexible to work more from the office if required.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support with recruitment and onboarding for a busy recruitment team
  • Sifting through CVs to source suitable applicants
  • Manage the job board and website advertising
  • Helping to coordinate interviews
  • Liaising with hiring managers and candidates
  • Completing and checking paperwork and documentation
  • Process information on to the HR system
  • Scheduling MS Outlook diary appointments

Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have some previous recruitment experience, however this isn’t an essential requirement as the role will be predominantly admin based.
  • Previous administration experience or a recent graduate could also be considered.
  • Highly organised
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic individual who has an eye for detail
  • You must be a strong communicator both by phone and email
  • IT literate including MS Office
