We are looking for a temporary receptionist to provide some cover at one of our well-established and prestigious clients in Shrewsbury. The requirement is starting on Monday 23rd September and it likely to be for around 1-3 weeks.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
- Provide effective reception service and manage the smooth running of the reception area
- You will be the first point of contact for the organisation
- Meet and greet visitors to the site
- Answering the telephone putting calls through, taking messages etc
- Dealing with questions, query’s and concerns
- Assist with any administration support tasks to help the team
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or similar would be ideal
- Confident and polite manner
- High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to customer excellence
- Positive, efficient, and able to work calmly under pressure
- Subject to a DBS check. An existing DBS check would be advantageous
