This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing and rewarding organisation based in Telford. This is a new role and will be on an ongoing temporary basis initially.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
- Welcoming visitors to the site
- Verify the identity of all visitors, providing appropriate visitors passes and maintaining an accurate record of those visitors in the building
- Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members in time
- Managing meeting room availability
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching mail
- Providing administrative support to colleagues
- Maintaining office supplies as necessary
Skills and Experience:
- Must have previous experience of working in a reception-based role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good administration experience
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
