We are working with a growing, Telford based, business who are looking for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to join the team working a minimum of 32 hours over 4 full days or 6 hours a day over 5 days, they will also consider full-time.
You will be responsible for:
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees.
- Calculate and process statutory deductions, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all changes (starters, leavers, changes in employment status, and changes in role) are updated promptly.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Running payroll reports.
- Purchase ledger inputting.
- Ad hoc accounts administration when required.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will need experience of working in a similar role and be confident running end to end payroll. Experience with using a time management system would also be an advantage.
