Our Shrewsbury-based client has a Part-Time Accounts Administrator vacancy to join their finance team. The client is flexible with the working hours and will consider candidates who want 15 – 22.5 hours a week, working either full or part days. There are approximately 15 hours of accounts duties and 7.5 hours of administration tasks. This role is based within a friendly team environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Input Purchase Invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Input new supplier codes and project codes
- Check off supplier statements
- Preparation of weekly payment run
- Process payments out and payments in
- Preparation of monthly payment run
- CIS statements
- Credit Control
- Raise sales invoices
- Input journals prepared by accountants
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have previous accounts experience and be happy to take on some administration tasks.
