Fleet Administrator

Telford – potentially hybrid working

Temporary – minimum of 6 weeks

Monday-Friday – 9am-5pm

Our long-term and well-established client have an opening for an Administrator to join their small and friendly travel and expenses team coordinating the administration and compliance for the fleet of company cars within this prestigious business. The requirement is due to last for a minimum of 6 weeks and is to cover a busy period for the company where extra administrative support is required. The company are based in Telford, although they will potentially be able to offer some hybrid working for the right candidate which will be working Tuesday and Thursday in the office and Monday, Wednesday and Friday working from home.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Ensuring all vehicles within the fleet are compliant, such as insuring and taxing vehicles
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Providing administrative support as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous office-based experience, ideally in a similar or transferable role. My client may also consider a bright recent graduate.
  • Good administration skills
  • IT literate including MS Office, SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Highly organised
  • Energetic individual who has an eye for detail even when undertaking some of the more repetitive tasks
  • You must be a strong communicator and able to understand instructions
