Our successful and award-winning Telford client is looking for an Executive Assistant on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a new role due to growth and will be a key position in the organisation predominantly focused on supporting the Managing Director and Operations Director, to enable them to ensure the smooth running of business operations with continued growth and development. Once the role goes permanent the annual leave entitlement starts at 24 days plus bank holidays increasing with service up to 27 days plus bank holidays.

You will be responsible for:
- Be the first port of call on day to day matters, have the ability to filter and prioritise business matters.
- Proactively provide administrative support including diary and communications management.
- Prepare and co-ordinate meetings.
- Organise travel and itineraries, expense claims and event planning.
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external persons before management, to filter unrequired matters.
- Ensure Directors are well informed of upcoming commitments.
- Assist in implementation and communication of company/external led initiatives and projects.
- Conserve time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents
- Assist in the review and improvement of internal systems.
- Assist with departmental internal management reporting, collating monthly reports for team meetings.
- Ensure Senior team members meet reporting objectives.
- Assist with personnel areas such as onboarding of new employees and personnel admin.
- Assist with admin of MD’s personal property portfolio, vehicles and social diary, including booking vehicle services, travel and reservations.
- Manage and co-ordinate the legal and property matters including tracking of progress of sales.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working in a similar Executive Assistant, high level PA, or Senior Administrator role is essential.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new plans/ideas and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong organisation skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple projects seamlessly.
- Strong interpersonal skills ability to build relationships and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills.
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and propose solutions to ‘make things happen’.
- Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Flexible team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done whilst maintaining the company objectives and best practices are upheld
