We are working with an established, growing business based in Telford who are looking to recruit a

Customer Services and Sales Administrator to join their team. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager  where you will work closely with the Customer Service and sales Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and sales support to help ensure the company targets and objectives are met. Our client is looking for someone who will take responsibility and have price in the quality of their work whilst acting in the best interests of your colleagues and the Company at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previously held an administrative or customer service role and will be a good team player with a positive outlook. You will be conscientious with good attention to detail and will be willing to learn new skills and undertake training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential with the ability and confidence to liaise directly with stakeholders and suppliers. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as a team but also independently.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer emails and monitoring the sales inbox
  • Organising transport within the UK and abroad
  • Answering customer queries in a timely manner
  • Entering sales orders and customer information on to CRM system
  • Produce order acknowledgements.
  • Updating the Telford & EMEA sales dashboard
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Show willing to learn new skills and undertake training.
  • Carry out your role to the best of your abilities and to ask for help and guidance as needed.
  • Carry out general office admin duties
  • Attend meetings and taking notes as required
  • Provide a prompt response to customer queries received by emails and phone calls
  • Carry out any other tasks as may be reasonably be requested by management.

Skills and Experience

  • Work well as part of a team and independently to ensure the business works efficiently.
  • Have a proactive attitude to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Plan own workload and manage time effectively.
  • Working with colleagues in US
  • Entering sales orders and customer information on to our CRM system and produce order acknowledgements.
  • Always maintain confidentiality.
  • Show willing to learn new skills and undertake training.
  • Carry out your role to the best of your abilities and to ask for help and guidance as needed.
