Prince are working in partnership with a prestigious and market leading company. They are now looking for a dynamic administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis to delivery key administrative tasks that enable the day-to-day function of the team. The role will be set in a smart modern office environment, working as part of a sociable and supportive team. As well as a modern office environment the company does also have many other nice perks making it truly a nice place to work. There is a possibility of some hybrid working once you are fully trained however initially for at least the first month the role is office-based. Although the role is temporary for the moment it is possible that a permanent opportunity may arise in the business and so it’s a good opportunity to put yourself in the shop window for when permanent roles do arise.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
- Accurately update the SAP system
- Liaise with suppliers as well as internal colleagues in other departments
- Answer queries from across all stakeholders
- Create product codes in a timely manner
- Sourcing of bespoke products which sit outside the standard categories
- Managing the internal database of supplier documents for suppliers
- To be a key stakeholder in the relationship with Goods In & Logistics, answering any queries in a timely manner
- Complete daily tasks relating to services and solutions offered via the team
Skills and Experience:
- Previous office-based experience, ideally in a similar or transferable role. My client will also consider a bright recent Graduate.
- Good administration skills including accurate data entry skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic individual who has an eye for detail even when undertaking some of the more repetitive tasks
- You must be a strong communicator and able to understand instructions
- IT literate including MS Office
