Prince Personnel are working with a well-established business based in Church Stretton. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit for an Accounts Administrator on a permanent contract. The role will support the accounts and administration function of the business. You will be joining a small friendly team.

Duties will include:

  • Purchase ledger support
  • Resolving queries on both sales and purchase ledger
  • Maintenance of direct debits
  • Allocation cash to client accounts
  • Issue customer statements monthly or as required by customers
  • Chase outstanding invoices by phone and email
  • Managing 3rd party providers invoices
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Process sales orders
  • Deal with customer queries

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role. Due to the rural location of the business you will also need your own transport.
