Alex excels at managing production teams in a food manufacturing environment. He is HACCP qualified and holds certificates for ILM level 3 and NEBOSH. Alex has managed teams of up to 50 people, overseeing the quality, maintenance and production departments. He has a very good understanding of health and safety and food hygiene with previous experience of working to ISO14001, 9001 and 18001 standards and holds further certifications in working with chemicals, Legionella and Pest awareness. Alex has managed the recruitment, training, performance reviews and disciplinary meetings for his staff. Alex specialises in continuous improvement and implementing lean production efficiencies where possible. Having previously been the CI leader and all processes would start with Alex for him to oversee.
