Charlotte’s on track for a permanent job

A Telford clerical assistant who took on a temporary role with a local company is now on track to securing a permanent job.

And she’s been such a success, that she’s won the coveted Temp of the Quarter award from Prince Personnel – the recruitment agency that found her the position.

Charlotte North has been working for a document and data capture firm in Telford, and the management team have been hugely impressed with her commitment and attention to detail.

Operations Director Angela Vinall said: “Charlotte has been open-minded, willing to learn and has demonstrated a positive approach.

“She settled into the team very well and actively participated in the company team building event after being in post for less than a week.

“Charlotte is punctual and flexible, and shows consideration to other team members – she is a real pleasure to work with.”

Maria Sandford, who runs Prince Personnel, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the incredible number of nominations we have received this quarter and it took a lot of deliberation before we chose Charlotte as our latest winner.

“We’re always extremely grateful to the employers who step forward to recommend our candidates, and of course to all our temporary staff who represent us so well.”

Maria said Prince Personnel was committed to doing everything possible to ensure a successful placement for every temp on their books, including pre-screening candidates, referencing, quality assessments, and legal checks.

“Our team is very proud of our success rate, and it’s clear that our clients appreciate our attention to detail given the number and quality of the nominations we’ve received this time around.

“The Temp of the Quarter Award was created to show our temps how much we value them and the important role they play in keeping businesses going on a day-to-day basis.”

Winners of the Award have the option of choosing a hamper of goodies as a prize or asking Prince Personnel to donate £50 to their chosen charity.
